My partner and I both use this carwash religiously because we do not use touch carwashes. I had one subpar wash and I called the number on my receipt to let them know that it wasn't what we were use to and that some of the chemicals may be low. I was not even remotely pressed but The OWNER came out that evening and ran me through again, but before doing so, he had some pre treat for some tougher areas with bugs, and was even in the bay doing a bit of scrub action on my car with the solution in the car. Let me tell you- they will have my business forever. Thank you guys so much for the amazing service!

Pulled up purchased west gate special. I called the gentleman and immediately he arrived and corrected my user error. Best wash on the west side. Thank you.

Good car wash with strong hand held sprayers. It costs two dollars which is very good these days. If you are fast and your vehicle isn't that dirty, you won't pay more than four dollars. Happy cleaning

For this to be located where it is plus the service we received was just amazing!!! I included a pic of the man that helped us we even tried to tip him bc he basically washed it for us and he wouldn’t take it needless to say we found us a new car wash

Brought my first of two cars for the first time, the owner was was extremely friendly and helpful, even giving me a coupon for a free $16 wash during my next visit. Brough my second car back, to see if the luggage rack I had on top would fit. It did, and the owner gave me my second wash for free. They did an excellent job scrubbing the bugs off the front, and he even gave me a free tour of their water softer and filtration system, which is top notch. You will not find better water for your car in Columbus. This place is the best and highly recommended! Will be back often!
